Terms and Conditions - Winning Teacup Poodle
Welcome to WinningTeacupPoodle.dog. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of teacup poodle puppies for sale, toy poodles, and mini poodles from our breeding program. By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of teacup, toy, and mini poodle puppies from Winning Teacup Poodle.
2. Deposits & Reservations
A reservation deposit is required to hold a specific teacup poodle puppy for sale.
Deposits are refundable if the buyer changes their mind before the puppy is shipped or picked up.
For local pickup: A reservation deposit secures your puppy and a pickup date will be scheduled after the deposit is received. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel.
For shipping: The full purchase amount plus shipping fee must be paid before the puppy is shipped.
3. Payments
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid in full before the puppy leaves our care.
We accept secure payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime).
4. Health Guarantee
All puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee against serious genetic diseases. Veterinary documentation is required for any claims.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer safe nationwide shipping for teacup poodle puppies.
Full payment (puppy price + shipping cost) is required before shipping.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable once the puppy is shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Local Pickup
Available by appointment only.
A refundable reservation deposit is required to schedule a pickup date.
The puppy must be picked up on the agreed date unless otherwise arranged.
7. Returns & Refunds
Deposits are refundable if the buyer changes their mind prior to shipping or pickup.
Once the puppy has been shipped or picked up, no refunds will be issued for healthy puppies.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide a suitable, loving home for the tiny teacup or toy poodle.
Proper veterinary care, nutrition, grooming, and socialization are the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the puppy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated terms.
